The Derma-Lifting® cocktail skin lifting treatment aims to counteract this type of imperfection by acting like a botox and significantly reducing the contraction of the mimic muscles responsible. The combination of active ingredients such as peptides like Argireline and Leuphasyl are essential to give a lifting and firming effect. Argireline (acetyl hexapeptide-8) is a chain of 6 amino acids, responsible for the soothing of the skin. The non-entry of leuphasyl into the muscle and the modulation by argirelin in the formation of the SNARE complex (set of integral membrane proteins), attenuate muscle contraction. Leuphasyl (pentapeptide-18) interacts with the receptors for the enkephalins and closes the calcium channels by inhibiting the release of acetylcholine in the synapses. They are known for their ability to reduce expression lines and prevent new ones.This latest generation of peptides lifting treatment product reduces and prevents expression lines by inhibiting muscle contraction and is ideal for those faces with many expression lines.
